Together we're stronger

At TransUnion, we stand united in the belief that right now, nothing holds more importance to our organizational fortitude and future than creating a truly equitable environment for all.

Our Commitments

In 2019, we stated our commitments to reaching global gender parity by 2030 in our senior leadership, and achieving a year—over—year increase at all levels of management for underrepresented groups in the US. Download our 2022 Diversity Report to learn more about our progress.

Advocating for change

Racial Equity Task Force

Racial Justice Task Force

In 2020, we formed a special task force to put Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the forefront of everything we do — from the culture we create to the total impact we have on the consumers and communities we serve. The Racial Equity Task Force focuses on advancing fairness and racial justice inside and outside of TU.

Gender Equity Steering

Gender Equity Steering Committee

In pursuit of our goal to reach global gender parity in senior leadership by 2030, we launched a Gender Equity Steering Committee in 2019. This group, led by Todd Cello, Chief Financial Officer and Cathy Madden, Chief Strategy and Planning Officer, is ensuring intentional action to advance women in leadership during opportunities like hiring, promotion and succession planning.

Our Partners

We know the work to build a more inclusive world requires collaboration. That's why we've partnered with the following organizations which advocate for underrepresented groups in a variety of ways that complement our communities.
