Process:

  • Priority 1 and 2 Calls can be logged during business hours, after hours, weekends or Public holidays.
  • The process when logging this call are as follows:
  • You may log a call with our Service Desk on (+27) 0861 482 435 OR via the SECsupport@transunion.com
  • You will receive a ticket number on your call or through a reply email.
  • Ensure you have a ticket number available to share with the Consultant on Standby
  • Please have the relevant information required to ensure that the respective GTO response team can triage the issue.
  • Should the issue be resolved on the client side after the call is logged, please notify the standby associate so that the issue may be closed.

How to request a DUN’S number:

  • Email dnb@transunion.co.za with proof of company registration and contact details (address, postal address and telephone number)
